The I’m Enough charity is created to provide digital coping strategies for our young people and those that care about them.
The common reoccurring story :-
Many adults reflect on their teenage years, a time where they had to seek out their unique personal identity . This period combined with self examination and the conquering of so many elements of self doubt or self image questions
Our youth are currently going through a period of change in their lives with the digital spotlight beaming down on them. They are the first generation to do so.
A consequence – our doctors are saying they have never seen the levels of anxiety and depression amongst our youth.
